Week 3

Right now I'm currently working on week 3. I've officially decided to start working on the program. I only really need to dedicate one day a week to a long run and I'm sure I can do that no matter how busy my schedule gets.

I haven't really been sticking to the program as strictly as I should be. I run 4 days a week and normally the times vary between 29 and 33 minutes. I figured, eh, what the hell. It's not going to kill me. I hope. :) We'll soon find out.

Next week I will be more on top of how long I run.
